IS-issued Iraqi ID cards can lead to safe passage in and out of Iraq

MOSUL,— Iraqi ID cards from Mosul and Saladin (Salah ad Din) can see Islamic State group (IS) [Daesh] members travel beneath the radar out of Mosul.

The numbers:
ارقام الجناسي التي بقيت في محافظة نينوى اثناء دخول الدواعش وتبدء من الرقم 557001 الى الرقم 607000
اما محافظة صلاح الدين فأرقام الجنسيه تبدء من الرقم 760001 الى الرقم 810000 فأي شخص من هاتين المحافظتين يحمل جنسية وتحمل رقم بين هذه الأرقام فهي مزوره ويعتقل الشخص فورآ

iKurd News has learnt that If a serial number comes between 557001 to 607000 for Mosul, it is a false ID card provided by IS for its terrorist members.

If you come across the numbers 760001 to 81000 for Saladin, these are also IS ID card-carrying members .

Each IS member that carried one of these ID cards can easily obtain an Iraqi passport and if they then obtain a visa go anywhere the visa entitles the bearer to travel.

The Islamic State group took control of Mosul in the summer of 2014 where they accessed state-issue documents, software, and also the security database enabling identification of Iraqi citizens. They began to issue their own people with Iraqi ID cards using genuine stock.
