Omar Sindi, Washington — Exclusive to iKurd.net

The whole Middle East Media outlets control is beyond the scope of this narrative: In my view, the indictment for bribery a Governor of, over 8 million people on corruption scandal should have been one of the front page news globally at the that time, including major Middle Eastern Media Outlets. Not broadcasting such important story coverage of prison term for bribery scandal of Former Governor State of Virginia, United States Bob McDonnell and publicly linked story, It should come with no surprise because most of, if not All Middle Eastern newspapers, broadcasters, including with their influences on the others, etc., which are closely linked to state owned, or businessmen or businesswomen related to those who are in charge of political affairs in the Middle East’s political quagmire.

In 1991, when Dictator Saddam Hussein forces invaded Kuwait, it took Saudi Arabia media outlets three days to release the news on the Kuwait invasion. However, many times, it has been observed major Middle East Media outlets have carried the U.S. news coverage events which are domestically related stories- from the U.S to its the Middle Eastern audiences, for example, a major snow storms, or pile highway automobiles accidents, or homicides… United States government allegedly accused the Former Governor McDonnell and his Wife, Maureen of accepting gifts from a close friend, while Mr. McDonnell was the governor state of Virginia- McDonnell‘s behaviors of accepting gifts, favoritism, which ultimately it became corruption scandal, thus, paradoxically, if one is to compare his corruption case and verse to behavior to third world dictators, and autocrats, the vindictive acts and behaviors of approaching gifts and favoritism… it is laughable! To Middle Eastern regimes such control is supreme in that part of world, while media is increasingly extensive because governments’ apparatus control of political arena and economic clip.

The former governor didn’t obstruct the US law, except the US law forbids its employees to manipulate his office outside governmental apparatus interests. Conflicts of Interests: “United States and Local Government (in this case Virginia state) Conflict Interest Act require that the approximately 25,000 Virginia government officers and employees disclose their financial interests. Information pertaining to real states, business interest occurs when the individuals assumes the office or employment and then semiannually. Information pertaining to real estates, business, gifts, travel, liabilities, directorships, and other matters is subject to disclosure depending on the office or employment of the occupant. These disclosure statements are available for review by the public for period of at least five years.”

Here is the fretted misapprehension: Many people in the Middle East due say there are also corruptions in the West, particularly the United States, in other words they provide their associates excuses. Paradoxically , there is no denial, it is true, the corruption exists everywhere, but in the US, and in the other democratic institutions, if, when one is to get cut of breaking the law of that country, whether, if that person is lying ,or accepting bribe, or cheating the law, or abusing his/her office inappropriately, the western democratic institution have recorded of prove that no person is above the law.

Many times over and over the united States constitution have exercised its role of implementing its ethical code, forced for example, the highest person in charge, the US president out of office, in addition including many other elected officials, from states governs , to US congress representatives’ , etc. The Former Governor Bob McDonnell was sentenced January 6, 2015;for two years in prison term his convection on more than 10 counts linked to corruption and bribery, and his wife prison term still pending, but She (Maureen McDonnell) is scheduled to be sentenced by Commonwealth of Virginia state Judge February 20, 2015. Mr. McDonnell’s political career, once considered a rising star for the White House Republican party future candidate.

Media ownership is at the hand of big private groups, which is nominally a part of bigger conglomerates. For survival of these regimes in the Middle East to retain its control as leading regional power politics; To retain hegemony this political beliefs of power held in this region for such long time so far, the media outlets control have contributed its pivotal role against ascendant political rival actors. Political elites in that part of world don’t like to evoke such news story like this, or unscathed images be lambasted because most of them think rudimentarily they can structure skulduggery to history.
