The sophisticated engineering crisis in the Middle East reveals the United States’ intension in the region. Obviously, the U.S has already bankrupted its democracy and human rights as hundreds of people are dying everyday in a merciless war. It is a new era of misery for people who became victims and at the same time guilty of a fate of being from that region.

Evidently, the strategy of ‘destroying and rebuilding’ has always been an integral part of the U.S operations, as a major role player, in the Middle East. This strategy applies to the region under a variety of names to legitimize the illegitimacy of the continuing conflicts. The United States is editing the terms and the information based on its best interests to continue its presence in the region without regarding the costs and the consequences.

As the Presidential Election in the U.S is approaching and Americans have already begun casting their early votes, the majority of people are superficially understanding both candidates Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris.

People are defining the candidates based on their demeanors and campaign promises. Obviously, the process of the Presidential Election in the U.S has been controlled by the elite politicians. The only two main political parties that are in the front page are the Democratic and the Republican. That means the election is another legal game with these two Parties in the field to distract the public in the name of democracy.

The conflicts in the Middle East are produced by a stretchable U.S policy, which means the conflicts are spreading from one area to another without ending. Obviously, the region is fettered with the U.S policy that will not allow any country to breathe without its permission.

However, regardless of the winner in the U.S’s Presidential Election, the elected President would be serving the political agenda of the U.S in the Middle East, which is defending Israel by any means. Apparently, destroying peace is a part of the U.S’s strategy to create a situation to distract the region and divide Arabs.

The Biden’s Administration is capturing the right time, which is the election season, to execute its strategy against Iran through Israel. With the November Election being around the corner, President Biden reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to continue the support to Israel, which can turn to Vice President Harris’ advantage to gain Jewish support as they are the influential group in the U.S elections. Also, Israel’s position against Iran is definitely serving the U.S’s purpose without engaging in a direct war.

The political immaturity of Arab Americans and Muslims:

U.S. Strategy in the Middle East, Presidential Elections

The unwavering support of Biden’s administration for Israel after the October 7th Hamas attack has created an outrage among Arabs and Muslims in America. This outrage was followed by protests, and indeed, some chaos by mostly college students believing that would force the U.S to change its policy in the Middle East.

It is ironic that the U.S is publicly expressing its concern for the civilian casualties in Gaza, but practically fueling Israeli’s strikes. Such support is not limited to Democrats or Republicans, it is the correlation of the ideological belief of both U.S and Israel.

The U.S has always used ethnic and religious cards in the Middle East in this manipulation technique to push its agenda. The U.S has no friends and is not looking for friends in the region. It is indeed an interaction and cooperation based on the interests of the American politicians.

The relationship between the U.S and the Middle Eastern nations is similar to the relationship between prison officers and inmates, which is no friendship and trust between the two. At any time, inmates can be locked down and searched by officers without due process.

Evidently, the U.S foreign policy is impervious to American people, including Arabs and Muslims. Throughout history, the U.S foreign policy has caused disasters in the Middle East. Either directly or indirectly, the U.S has always been involved in conflicts and wars to weaken Arab nations and prevent their regimes from creating troubles for Israel.

Seemingly, keeping the Middle East on fire is in the interest of the U.S and Israel. The result of such a strategy, apparently, has been successful. Today in the Middle East, Arab nations are not the direct threats to Israel. Perhaps, from the two wars of 1948 and 1967 against Israel, Arabs realized that the outcomes were only catastrophes and defeat for their nation.

Now, the U.S strategy is to show its power to Iran through Israel, which began with killing the leader of Iranian backed group-the Lebanese Hezbollah, Hasan Nasrallah, by Israel, and next will be missile attacks on Iran to destroy its infrastructure and worsen the country’s economy.

However, killing Nasrallah will not change the status of the group nor the position of Arab governments toward Israel, which means Hezbollah will not be terminated and the Arab governments will not seek retaliation. Perhaps, some Arab governments are silently in favor of Nasrallah being neutralized.

Once again, the political immaturity of American Muslims and Arabs can be observed in their support for Democratic Presidential candidate Vice President Harris. The Muslim advocacy group (Emgage Action) endorsed Vice President Harris to defeat Donald Trump believing that if he was elected he will return the harmful policy against Muslims.

Kurds and the U.S Presidential Elections:

The result of the 2024 Presidential Election does not guarantee the direction of the U.S and the elected President’s position toward Kurds. The principles of the Democratic and Republican Party do not determine the relationship of the U.S with Kurds. However, it is a fragile situation in Iraqi Kurdistan that controlled by neighboring countries, such as Iran and Turkey.

Both the Kurdistan Democratic Party KDP and the Patriot Union of Kurdistan PUK are pleading with Turkey and Iran for support with their influence in the country to obtain Parliamentary seats in the upcoming election in the Kurdistan region. However, the PUK has already received some Iranian promises, while it is not clear for the KDP yet.

But the U.S has no major concern regarding Kurds and the fate of the Kurdistan region. To the U.S, “It is not the player but the game is the matter.” And if anyone can play it, he will be taken to the field. Kurds have been tools used to serve the American agenda in the past.

Apparently, as the Kurds’ situation has always been a political card that the U.S played, indeed, this card can be flipped over at any time and change the entire equation in the Kurdistan region.
