Kurds Can’t Wait, Israel Is the Only Strategic Choice

Dr. Nikola Ashraf Shali | Exclusive to iKurd.net
Translated by iKurd.net from Kurdish Hawlati

To the political leaders of our people across Kurdistan: without fear or hesitation, establish an alliance with Israel, a key strategic power in the Middle East.

Like other countries in the region, those nations that claimed to follow Islam and spoke of jihad or “liberating” Jerusalem (Al-Quds) have already formed alliances with Israel. For the benefit of our people, you should also take decisive steps and build this alliance as soon as possible.

The Kurd-Israel Alliance:

An alliance between the Kurds and Israel strengthens both sides. Together, they represent two of the most urbanized and advanced peoples in the region, in contrast to fascist Turkey and radical Arab Islamist terrorist groups.

About Kurds and Israel:

We share common threats from neighboring nations, and our mutual interests are significant. Building this type of relationship is essential and should be treated as a fundamental priority.

Turks and Arabs can never be fully trusted, whether by the Kurds or Israel.

I want to acknowledge and highlight the following:

Israel, while not an adversary of the Kurds, has consistently taken a principled stance. It was the first country to officially recognize the Kurds and today provides the largest lobbying support for Kurdish interests in the U.S. and around the world.

Israel was also the first country to officially condemn the genocide against Kurds in Rojava, and through its representatives, raised these concerns at the United Nations Security Council.

Israel’s Foreign Ministry openly shares on social media platforms X that some Kurds are protected, even when the world remains silent. While largely symbolic, this demonstrates that the international community often lacks real power, human rights are not fully enforced, and the global response is limited.

I also want to express my deep gratitude to the people of Kurdistan and Kurdish representatives in Israel, who have always acted with integrity and honor. They are sincere, noble, and admirable individuals who, despite religious differences, maintain purity and dedication to their homeland.

They tirelessly advocate for the Kurdish cause and engage in lobbying efforts in Israel, the U.S., and globally. Their commitment has always been genuine and should continue to be so.

My words come from a place of sincerity and loyalty. From the bottom of my heart, I thank each of them for their dedication, integrity, and perseverance.
